A new sat nav with DAB+, Bluetooth and many future-oriented functions has the Swiss multimedia specialist now with the Z-N626 in its program.
A new generation of devices that will provide for state of the art navitainment in your car over many years is now being brought onto the market by the Swiss company ZENEC, specialist in monitor sat nav systems: Thanks to future-oriented functions – multituner with DAB+, compatibility with all modern audio and video formats, DSP based speaker management system, and comprehensive update support for navigation maps and software – ZENEC’s new systems are well equipped for the future.
The model series kicks off with the Z-N626 naviceiver, an advanced allrounder, which fits easily in the 2-DIN slot of all vehicles.
Z-N626 – simple to install
Smart device design with rotary volume encoder, white illumination of touch buttons, and a modern 15.7 cm/6.2″ TFT LCD touchscreen display – the Z-N626 blends in with the look of any cockpit. But that“s not all: with a standard 2-DIN vehicle-specific mounting kit, the Z-N626 can also be integrated perfectly into the vehicle. Even for rare vehicle brand models, a stalk/CAN interface is available that enables the radio slot retrofit with a Z-N626.
Navigate with confidence
Travel stress-free throughout Europe – today, tomorrow and in the future: The EU map package with 44 countries and more than 10 million kilometers of roads navigates using the very latest ZENEC Primo NextGen navigation engine, and contains over 6 million Premium POIs. Detailed map data, 3D rendering of terrain and landmarks, display of TMC traffic events, Auto-Zoom, Lane Assist, and other Smart modes make ZENEC’s Z-N626 the ideally equipped route finder. Recently published map updates can be downloaded free of charge from the Internet for one year after starting to use the device.
Multituner system with DAB+ for digital radio enjoyment
The Z-N626 offers all the program variety of the new digital transmission standard DAB+ with superb comfort, and noise-free audio reproduction. Optimal radio reception is ensured by two FM/AM and two DAB+ tuners, which complement and support each other. The database supported dynamic background scan function keeps the radio list in check and you permanently up to date. A fifth RDS tuner takes care of the reception and processing of TMC traffic data.
Mobile entertainment, mobile communication
ZENEC’s new naviceiver provides a fascinating entertainment program – music and videos in best picture and sound quality are available from CD/DVD, USB, iPod, iPhone, or Smartphone. With the integrated Gracenote functions ‚More like this‘ and ‚Mood‘, playlists on USB media can be created from a music collection with just a single click. These are playlists based on a selected song, or on the actual mood.
Phonebook instant search, easy to edit favorites menu, music streaming, and many other features underscore the high level of the Parrot Bluetooth suite.
Powerful sound on the move
The Z-N626 is equipped with a 24-bit D/A converter that processes digital FLAC audio data from USB media with a resolution of 24 bits/192 kHz. For sound optimization there is a DSP based speaker management system with parametric 11-band equalizer and DSP presets for the different vehicle acoustics (compact car, sedan, SUV, etc.). With the channel based time alignment function, the acoustic sound staging can be tuned to perfection. Additionally, for simple sound adjustments there is a 3-band quick equalizer (bass/mid/high) menu for convenient independent adjustment of each audio source.
The brand Zenec stands for pure in-car multimedia. Moniceivers, naviceivers, roof mount and universal monitors sum to a well rounded portfolio of in-car products. Added to that are accessory components like DVB-T/DAB+-tuners, rear view cameras and headphones. All Zenec devices are perfectly compatible with one another.
The Zenec multimedia range is perceived to follow the edge of technology, but also to stand out with an exceptional price/performance value. Yet, quality before quantity is the other important maxim given, Zenec is strictly adhering to.
