Optimal in-vehicle integration, many multimedia and Bluetooth functions, and a top quality navigation system – market leader ZENEC unveils its new naviceiver for the BMW 3 Series.
Premium navitainment for the premium marque from Munich – with the Z-E3215 MkII the Swiss firm ZENEC is launching a new touchscreen naviceiver for the BMW 3 Series. The Z-E3215 MkII, a facelift of the successful Z-E3215 awarded the „Best Product“ accolade by Car & Hifi magazine (03/2013), comes with new navigation software that provides very precise route guidance.
Like its predecessor, the Z-E3215 MkII allows optimal visual and technical integration in the BMW 3 Series and E9X vehicle models – interfacing with the steering wheel remote control, the BMW power system, and the Optical Parking System. The interface is of central importance for this E>GO model. But functions like the automatic CAN signal induced boot process, the Z-E3215 MkII is at least a nose long ahead of all the others. In addition, the Z-E3215 MkII stores the user settings internally, reloading them when the vehicle gets unlocked. Your Z-E3215 MkII naviceiver is therefore ready for use before you have even buckled yourself up.
The Z-E3215 MkII is an innovative media station, ideally equipped for playing digital media and A/V formats like MP3, WMA, Xvid and AVI. Zenec“s BMW navigation system has a USB hub for connecting three USB 2.0 sticks. An iPod/iPhone interface can be connected as well, obtainable separately.
Maximum comfort in handling phone calls is offered by the integrated Bluetooth unit from market leader Parrot. Via the user-independent voice recognition, it is easy to control call functions and access phonebook contacts directly by voice command; music streams can easily be played from the mobile phone via A2DP.
An innovative FM tuner with DSP ensures optimal radio reception, as well as a clear sound even under poor reception conditions and weak broadcasting stations, thanks to adaptive noise reduction.
The high resolution 6.2″/15.7 cm TFT LCD touchscreen display allows comfortable control of all functions. Large icons, logically structured user navigation, and the new clear menu design ensure that the BMW E>GO can be controlled intuitively and safely while driving.
In the Z-E3215 MkII infotainment features are combined with a modern navigation system. The EU map package with 47 countries navigates using the new ZENEC NextGen navigation engine, and contains over 6 million Premium points of interest. The device is supplied with one year map update subscription.
The brand Zenec stands for pure in-car multimedia. Moniceivers, naviceivers, roof mount and universal monitors sum to a well rounded portfolio of in-car products. Added to that are accessory components like DVB-T/DAB+-tuners, rear view cameras and headphones. All Zenec devices are perfectly compatible with one another.
