ZENEC’s new motorhome navigation system Z-E3726 was judged by the German Car & Hifi magazine (issue 6/2015) to be the ideal solution for all campers based on the Fiat Ducato, Citroen Jumper, and Peugeot Boxer.
In the summer 2015 market leader ZENEC presented its new motorhome navigation system Z-E3726. Like its successful predecessor model, the Z-E3726 is a tailor-made fit for the Fiat Ducato, Citroen Jumper, and Peugeot Boxer. It is therefore suitable as a head unit for the majority of motorhomes. The specialist magazine Car & Hifi tested ZENEC’s new motorhome sat nav in issue 6/2015, and was enthusiastic. The testers rated the price/performance as outstanding, and awarded the Z-E3726 the „Best Product“ award in the category „Top Class“.
The tech journalists were particularly impressed by the completely new software of the Z-E3726 which is „very successful, being fast, easy and intuitive to use.“ According to Car & Hifi, ease of use – a special strength of the Swiss firm ZENEC – has once again been increased by the new design menus: „The design of the user interface has been made even clearer and more modern, and of course there are the sharp 3-D map views.“
The Z-E3726 was also a hit with the testers with its navigation system specially designed for camping vehicles: „Vehicle parameters like height, length, and width can be set, and allowed for in the route calculation.“ In this way motorhome drivers always get the optimal route displayed. But that is not all. „The Z-E3726 also recognizes points of interest relevant to motorhomes“, says Car & Hifi, „so that you can find camping and motorhome stopover sites anywhere across Europe.“
The comprehensive infotainment section of ZENEC’s new motorhome navigation system is convincing right down the line: an integrated CD/DVD drive, Parrot Bluetooth unit, and a USB port, together with Gracenote media management ensure optimal entertainment and communication. Added to that is a smart link connection that, according to Car & Hifi, „provides the latest in communications“ with a diverse range of smartphones.
A further highlight is the integrated multituner system for FM and DAB+ that enables not only clear radio reception, but also provides up-to-date station lists. „The times of irritating frequency and station searches are now gone“, say the tech journalists. „The two dual tuners here do there job outstandingly well.“
Extra praise was given for the audio quality, and „comprehensive sound settings“ of the Z-E3726: „To improve the sound there is a DSP with parametric 11-band EQ, and for the Fiat Ducato interior optimized presets.“ In addition, there is single-channel time correction, a 3-band EQ, and a „high quality 24-bit D/A converter“ for playing uncompressed FLAC files at up to 24 bits/192 kHz.

The brand Zenec stands for pure in-car multimedia. Moniceivers, naviceivers, roof mount and universal monitors sum to a well rounded portfolio of in-car products.
