The retrofit Video-in-motion unlocker SmartTV by the company, Mods4cars, is now also available for the Mercedes-Benz C-Class (W205). It enables the passenger to use and operate the TV and DVD system during a drive.

As of now, the TV/DVD unblocker SmartTV by Mods4cars is also available for the Mercedes-Benz C-Class (W205). The retrofit module enables activation of TV and DVD playback during a drive. This way the passenger can operate the entertainment technology and play DVDs on longer journeys.
„With our SmartTV controller, we offer a sophisticated and professional solution for unblocking the TV,“ explains PR spokesman Sven Tornow. The SmartTV module is securely built into the vehicle, so that the functions remain even after inspection at a workshop. The activation and deactivation of the TV/DVD unblocker is enabled via a key combination on the steering wheel.
In addition, the SmartTV control has a USB port, making it possible to install software updates which are provided, free of charge, by Mods4cars. This way, the Video-in-motion unlocker always stays up to date. The SmartTV module can be completely deactivated when required. As no cables need to be cut during installation, a traceless dismantling is also possible at any time.
The Video-in-motion unlocker SmartTV for the C-Class is available from 169,00 Euro + tax. SmartTV modules are available for numerous Mercedes-Benz models: S-Class, CL-Class, C-Class, GLK-Class, GL-Class, E-Class, R-Class, CLS-Class, SLK-Class, CLK-Class, ML-Class, SL-Class and Vito. In addition, SmartTV modules are also offered for vehicle brands Bentley, BMW, Skoda and Volkswagen.
Additionally, Mods4cars is also the manufacturer of the SmartTOP convertible top controls. The clever cabriolet modules allow the convertible top to be opened and closed while driving at the touch of a button, as well as operation of the convertibles top via remote control of the vehicles original key. These are offered for all common convertible and roadster models.
